Location was great, check in communication was perfect. Communication with the host was good although it was mainly lip service once a problem arose. Lots of apologies but no actual resolution.
The sofa bed didnt work, after reporting it to the hosts we waited and waited. Then were told it would be looked at the next day and it wasn't. There was a plate of chicken left in the microwave and the mattress topper was disgustingly stained.

The apartment is in a wonderful location – very close to many of the cultural sites and it was easy to access.
We weren’t initially clear on where the one parking spot was located, but that was clarified early on.
