Loved our room. Lots of space to relax. Great view down into town centre. Breakfast and breakfast room was great. Staff welcoming and friendly. They even sent us off for our night bus with packed food. So thoughtful.
Walking up the hill!

Always a great place to stay looking over all of Sapa Town! Perfect for the VMM race!
Big Plus> there is enough hot water to actually run a proper bath in the wooden bathtubs!
The breakfast is very sub par, better bread and drink options is a must for the place

They let us check in early for free and location was walking distance to everything but far away enough that the noise is not bothersome. Check out was at noon but we weren’t getting picked up until after 5pm, they let us take a shower and gave us sandwiches for the road. Views from the balcony were beautiful and staff was incredible. Couldn’t recommend this property more!
