It was very spacious, beds comfy, great size shower and space for luggage, kitchen was lovely size
The location is on a main busy road with a garage so quite noisy at night

I knew the area and was nice visiting again. It is close by Lidl and some small shops. A bit further is also Vegan Sweets place with pancakes and lots of dining places available. Bus stop is basically outside of the place and takes 1-2 mins from your room to the bus, which connects to underground at Killburn making it easy and quick to get to the city center. Also train station is positioned 5-6mins walk from Victoria Studios. In case you need something little late at night, next door is gas station opened 24/7.
TV was reacting too slow and it seems it is some old type, as the resolution did not look even Full HD but could manage watching a movie. Second day of the stay TV showed that it is not connected to the antenna and internet, so not even Netflix could be used. Sad but survived:).
The most annoying part was just that the shower has no pressure and normal bath now takes twice as long due to this. Be careful, the toilet got the rest of the pressure lol, bc it is fast and sometimes splashing out, so better close the toilet seat before flushing. Other than this, all was fine.

I like the rooms they were clean and pleasant. The staff were very professional and willing to help.
1. Reception was not on the entrance level and not clearly point out
2. I arrived at night and the sign at the front is not properly placed or lighted. The taxi driver had a hard time finding the location with the GPS. More than one driver advised that the address I received in the email does not match the actual location.
3. The bathroom sink seem to be an after thought as the faucet is wayyyyy too big for it.
4. There are no benches in the entrance area so my parents had to sit on the steps while we wait for the taxi. There is enough space in that area for at least 2 short benches.
5. If you are going to allow guests to use the laundry it should be a washer dryer combo.
6. The gate is kept close during the day and night so even the elderly must walk to the gas station (wind, rain or storm) to get the taxi. That must be reviewed
7. Toilet brush should be replaced more often as the one in room 37 is gross.
8. After hours assistance is very poor

"Clean and nicely maintained. Not very far from the center via train, it’s only takes 13-15mins. Brent west cross station just few mins walk away. Free street parking nearby if your visit falls on week..."
