Location and facilities were e ellent.
We loved that we could access the Tram almost right out the door.
The view was amaizing and tje unit was very spacious.
Not a lot to not like but felt the unit itself was a little lackluster. Few little touches would be nice but it was clean and what we needed

The location and the ocean view from the property
I would love to give 10/10 but there are some low quality of maintenance being found in the property.
When I was staying in this property, I only sat on the couch only three times this trip, because it looked a bit old and mainly because it kept sliding out of position, and the back of the cushion has its insides ripped.
2. The rug is poor quality , ripped and dirty.
3. The first day when we entered the room the rubbish bin (under the counter top island) had a strong smell, it should be cleaned by using disinfectant spray to get rid all of the bacteria.
3. During my stay, I had intended to use the ironing board, but it didn’t have any cover provided.
4. An Uber delivery box was placed in the cupboard that should be removed from this property.
5. The pillows are flat, there are some mold in the pillows cases.
6. The walls have lots of scratches and grey marks.
