The rooms were clean and spacious especially within the family room. It had sufficient parking space underground with lighting which made it helpful in the nights. Theres a lift that takes you straight into reception from the car park. The views did include a balcony which was decent. There are shops walkable distance which is great.
They dont provide an iron or even a kettle/tea refreshments. Also you cant eat food in your rooms which restricted us in the late evenings.
The views from balcony were a little restricted with buildings.

Clean large rooms. Balcony with Seaview. Great breakfast located at rooftop restaurant with Seaview.
Not directly on the beach

The rooms were clean. Nice view. Good food.
Location was far from downtown and you need a car. Construction everywhere. Parking limited and larger cars are an issue. The room did not have cups.

Parking available and very new facilities.
VERY loud construction, not particularly close to the beach, and area is generally a bit overdeveloped at the moment.
