We didn’t have breakfast, but the meal in the restaurant was excellent. The hot tub was top of the range and very welcome after a long day. The sound of the river sent us to sleep in the lovely beds.

Loved everything, beautiful setting.

Location was perfect as we came for the zip wire experience. It was a beautiful bonus with the river running right outside our pod, so calming. We enjoyed the onsite pub for drinks and food on our first night. Staff were wonderful and the food amazing. Ogwen park is a lovely place to stay.

Some bits inside need bit of tlc like the curtain across the bed needs repair. Struggled lifting the top of hot tub suppose more us than the product but not much room to execute it safer.

We had a lovely stay overall, but I do think the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. When we were leaving, I misplaced my watch and had to remove the sofa cushions to look for it. Unfortunately, what we found underneath was quite unpleasant and clearly hadn’t been cleaned for some time. The reception staff were very friendly and apologetic, and they said they would let the housekeeping team know.
