I booked this hotel for my mom who was on a flight that landed at 9 PM at DIA. She waited more than an hour for the shuttle, called four times and was told each time that it was just a couple minutes away. On her final call the employee suggested she get an uber. My mom said everything else with the hotel was nice, but one of the main reasons I chose this hotel for her was the airport shuttle.
