Location was great inside the Royal William Yard
Instructions sent by email to enter the property were incorrect and as a result we could not get in... We tried contacting the host several times and eventually she told us to read our emails when we had in fact been given incorrect/out of date instructions. She then sent us the correct instructions to collect the keys in a key box, only to find the wrong keys inside and still unable to open the flat... It took over 1 hour to get into the property!!! She never apologised.
The flat was extremely hot and stuffy inside, with only one little window, which was very unsafe to leave open with small children around due to risk of fall.
The filter jug was left inside the fridge with water in, only to realised the filter was mouldy...
