The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from the city centre. It was very well equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine, hairdryer, toiletries, and plenty of thoughtful extras such as coffee, tea, spices, olive oil and even flour.
The host was very helpful, communication was excellent, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We were especially grateful for being allowed to check in early, as we arrived in Bologna in the morning.
We really enjoyed having the little outdoor area where we could sit and enjoy our morning coffee. On occasion, some rubbish fell from the upstairs apartment, which was a little unfortunate. The apartment also has limited natural light, but this wasn't an issue for us as we spent most of our time exploring the city.
We had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the host's kindness.
The cleanliness could have been a little better.

Mauro (l’host) è una persona molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato (direi) accompagnato “step by step” per l’accesso ed utilizzo della casa, ed ha fornirci info sui locali tipici e non; addirittura ci ha dato info e dritte sui mezzi per spostarci (taxi-bus).
L’appartamento si trova a 12/15 min dal centro, camminando sotto i fantastici portici; l’interno è arredato con mobili moderni, con stile e gusto.
Chicca “a sorpresa” un piccolissimo, ma grazioso, dehor; per cenette, lettura o fumatine “tête-à-tête “.
CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE 💯🔝💪
Se proprio devo cercare il famoso “pelo nell’uovo”, la parte esterna (lato scale) del portoncino d’ingresso ; ma immagino sia costretto a tenerlo così per questioni di condominio.

Buena ubicación, facilidad de recogida de llaves y devolución con código y locker. Algo ambivalente ya que no hace falta acordar hora exacta con el propietario del apartamento para entrar al mismo pero tampoco tienes una bienvenida humana..
Apartamento según lo descrito por lo general, lo que esperábamos.
La cama de matrimonio de la habitación muy bien.
Si tu idea es ir en tren o bus a otras ciudades desde Bolonia, este apartamento queda bastante lejos para caminar 2 veces al día el mismo trayecto pero si vas en transporte público, no habrá ningún problema.
El sofá cama horrible. Para 2 adultos ni te lo pienses, se trata de un "colchón" hiper delgado, notarás todos los muelles y además por el propio peso de las 2 personas vas a notar una pendiente pronunciada hacia el centro. Se puede soportar pero no es cómodo la verdad. Se lo comunicamos al propietario y a pesar de sus amables palabras no tuvimos ninguna opción alternativa.
En el salón-comedor no hay cortinas por lo que entra toda la luz y la recibe la persona que duerme en el sofá-cama.
