Passable

The complex is very outdated and tired, laundry not working pot holes in driveway the unit has recently been refurbished while we were advised there would be no toiletries in the unit

Enough said

Booking .com Advised us of an on-site reastraunt it was closed and looked like it had been for some time probably not to reopen. On arrival we were advised to pick up keys from a real estate office the word was that we should have booked through them for heaps less money,on arrival at our room discovered no toilet paper or toiletries supplied contacted agent these items not supplied and could be purchased from local store, contacted booking .com was advised the agent would call in which they did with a roll of toilet paper told go to local to purchase other items.I must say that I am totally discussed with our treatment from booking .com after several phone calls they advised we should approach letting agent for a refund I thought I was doing business with booking .com now I could go on with the very poor conditions of the accommodation other than I felt it was an unsafe situation. A very poor show as they had not done there home work on this facility,we could not get a refund my advice to them would in the interest of their drop this place from their listing and go and inspect the property we are not happy as well to the lack of iterest in our well being.I tried to contact them only to find my emails not going through,we have over the years been pretty loyal to this company and know if we don’t use any more they will carry on regardless so be it.Max Harrop
