Well needed get away, beautiful location

Utterly disappointed and not as described

The person on phone easy to deal with and prompt at addressing concerns . Cooking facilities and utensils adequate.

The place was not as described - there were no gardens or view - the location was alarming as it was on a highway obscure and from the outside looked like a rundown shack - the outdoor seating was not usable due to the tumbleweeds etc and there were so many bugs in the home despite keeping all doors and windows shut - talking hundreds and hundreds - falling in our drinks over our food etc and because we had to keep everything shut we could not open windows to let cool breezes in so bedrooms remained stifling hot. We asked for a refund to seek alternative accom but were refused and offered two motel rooms however on inspection these were not adequate and again a zillion bugs occupied the space The laundry room which housed the spare towels and white linens was covered in bugs as well. In addition whilst there day 2 a door knob jammed and we couldnt open in - door knob fell off . The bathroom door kept jamming so had to call someond in house to help you get out. The room tripped twice and although prompt in fixing we couldnt put back on as some sections of house unable to get to - the slider door was sticky and hard to shut and even when locked was bowed and had a gap in it - leading to more bugs if we had a light on. No cloth to clean benches or dishes - we had to purchase these as well as the lighter to ignite stove - we left one day early as we could not bare it any longer - very disappointed and upset particularly as it wasnt cheap!
