Modern hotel with lots of amenities, parking and great all round atmosphere. Lovely, approachable staff, great breakfast and ridiculously close to the RER. In Disney most mornings in 15 mins from leaving hotel - felt quicker and more chill than walking to parks from Disney Santa Fe / Hotel Cheyenne. Rooms were really well appointed and everything (accept AC) worked. Conditioner had run very low in our room. Reported to reception and they had it changed with no fuss. Welcome drinks were great. We had a slight issue ok check in (our room had sprung a leak) so we had to have a slightly larger a standard room but we were offered complimentary breakfast as a compromise. This was very kind and it turned out breakfast was great. We would 100% book to stay here again.
AC seemed to be stuck between hot and cold and no way of choosing which setting. The fan on the AC rattled badly. We didn’t use it because it appeared to be pumping out heat. Instead just opened a window. Can’t fault the hotel for not responding as we didn’t actually report this - our fault. We just assumed the hotel was on winter mode and had activated heating.

Location was brill as Disney were very close by and the new Baps Hindu Temple was literally 8 minutes away considering the traffic. Enjoyed the welcome drinks
Breakfast was okay!!
There were no phones in the room to contact the reception or the housekeeping. We had to keep going down to the reception to ask for essentials.
