Comfy bed, nice decor, but the apartment wasn’t properly cleaned.

The decoration in the flat was nice.

The floor and bathroom weren’t very clean, it smelled a little like cigarettes.

nice location, 10 minute walk to the city. quiet area

it was not clean, there were hairs in the shower and overall not super clean. the beds were small and the matress was very hard

C’est ce que j’ai pas aimé avec eux c’est la communication j’ai trouvé des insectes dans le logement suite à ça je les ai appelé mais communication nulle il répondait pas et suite à ça ils m’ont même pas remboursé je vous déconseille

Séjour très décevant malgré une bonne localisation. À notre arrivée, une forte odeur de friture/poisson nauséabonde était présente dans tout l’appartement. Nous avons dû ouvrir toutes les fenêtres pendant un long moment pour pouvoir rester sur place. Une odeur d’égout se dégageait également de la salle de bain. La propreté générale laisse clairement à désirer : traces de gras importantes sur la bouche d’aération, odeur d’urine provenant du bas du lit, cage d’escalier sale, etc. Les draps semblaient propres mais l’odeur dans la chambre était vraiment désagréable. Concernant les équipements : la cuvette des toilettes est de travers ; le canapé-lit est extrêmement inconfortable avec une barre centrale très douloureuse dans le dos ; il manquait des draps pour le canapé ainsi qu’un sac-poubelle. La conciergerie nous a apporté des serviettes et les draps manquants, mais le désodorisant promis n’a jamais été apporté. Nous avons dû en acheter nous-mêmes. Autre point incompréhensible : l’annonce mentionnait une caution de 250 €, mais une caution de 500 € a finalement été demandée pour une location à 172 €, ce qui nous a fortement surpris. Le seul point positif reste la localisation, relativement proche des principaux sites à visiter de Reims. Malheureusement, au vu de notre expérience, nous ne recommandons pas ce logement.
