do not risk this place, 0/10

not very much

a Long List but mainly: - poor service- thousands of unnecessary emails before arrival, completely impersonal, a different person writing each time. The contact person on site was in Hamburg. - hidden costs!- €15 for an obsolete Kurskarte, €40 for towels and bedding, €30 for electricity! no fire wood provided ?!
