Close to the train station so easy to get there and go back. The host was very good at communicating and was very kind and accommodating. They had tea, coffee, and water bottles onsite. Few snacks and left us a cute little bundle on the bed. They had AC/Heat, blow dryer, and a tv. They had an elevator to go up or down 4 flights. Which was mostly needed for luggage purposes. You do have to pay 0.20 cent to use it but the host gave us a bunch of coins to use. The rooms were very modern and clean. They had towels and slippers in a closed bag to show they were clean! Loved that.
It was both great and not my favorite being so close to the train station. It was quite loud outside and often crowded. Bring a noise maker to sleep and you’ll be fine though. The bathroom would sometimes have a lingering smell but I think that’s a building issue not a room issue. Even so, if you want to be near the train station - go here!!!!

Alessandro met us and gave us heaps of places to see and go to. Room was lovely very quiet great sound proofing being that it’s right next to the station.

The property was clean and well maintained. It was also close to the train station. Staff was very helpful.
The property is located next to a business which attracts a lot of loitering and noise till almost midnight. The property is located on the upper floor and is accessed via a secured entrance. I had a confrontation with a non-resident attempting to gain entrance when I opened the ground floor door with my key. I also found it unusual to have to drop .20 Euro coin in a box to have the elevator work. Though the staff supplied the coins I found it unusual. Naples has been kind of rough for over 1000 yrs, so I expected that nothing had changed. Kind of reminds me of New York in the 70's without the guns. If this bothers you, then find some property in the suburbs.
