A very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location close to the river front, quiet at night but plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Nice basic breakfast served at the cafe round the corner. Great communication and instructions for self check in from the host.

Location
The bed and pillow are extremely soft, the mattress sunk in. The place is also not as clean as expected as the floor felt as there was sand on it, I asked for a mop and was informed that it should be in one of the closets but I could not find it. The floor and the place could be cleaner should I found the mop.

The location of the property was great, the room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The couch armrest was broken, there was rain water coming from the window, the bathroom cabinets were falling apart. I wasn’t informed of needing to pay 25 euros/day for my pet, and they required a 200 euros temporary charge for potential damages. They sent me a link to pay the 25/night but it didn’t work. I had to chase them (send messages and call different numbers) to get them to charge that money. They asked for card information on the booking chat and sent the check-in codes on the day of arrival, which made me feel uneasy.
