Very good for a family or a group from 5 to 6 person

The fast communication with the management , I really like that they are very helpful and try to do their best to solve issues immediate and I like the size of the flat it is two stories and you have a very good space , the location itself we like it. It is just 10 to 15 minute from the main central of Barcelona and we like to walk going and coming several times every day., a car parking was available just in the same block, which I really like it. The area where the flat is located very safe. I like to also the balcony and the terrace I was enjoying my Cigar outside

The door of the toilets because they are hanged from top on hinges it needs to be maintained or replaced because of the mechanism of closing the doors are not good and some of them stay open even if you close it it reopen itself

Location

I really wanted to give this property a positive review because the location was excellent and one of the main reasons we chose it. If the maintenance and cleanliness issues hadn’t been there, I would happily have given it 5 stars. Unfortunately, the property did not match the standard advertised. Several fixtures were broken, including a bathroom door handle and shower door, while another shower had no door at all, causing the bathroom to flood whenever it was used. The sinks and showers regularly overflowed, and there were no suitable hooks or rails for towels in any of the bathrooms. The biggest problem was the downstairs area. There was no electricity when we arrived, and although someone came to investigate, the air conditioning never worked throughout our stay properly. As a result, the downstairs bedroom was far too hot to use and was also noisy due to its location next to the pool area. We specifically booked this property because it offered three separate sleeping areas, but all guests ended up sharing the two upstairs bedrooms for the entire stay. The pool appeared unclean, the hot water ran out after one shower, the bed linen did not seem properly cleaned, and several electrical sockets were faulty. While the host did allow us to check in early, which we appreciated, the number of issues meant that a significant part of the property was unusable and did not represent good value for money. Had these problems not existed, this could have been a fantastic stay because of the property’s excellent location. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend it.
