Peramis Hotel & Spa

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Peramis Hotel & Spa! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were lovely – modern, clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of local specialties and enough variety from day to day to keep things interesting. We also appreciated the opportunity to relax at the spa, as well as the convenient free transfer to a beautiful beach, which was a fantastic bonus! Overall, it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. A huge thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and care. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to return someday

We originally booked the Apartment with Balcony – Annex, as we were travelling with family and wanted to stay together. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I really cannot recommend this accommodation. The apartment itself was quite spacious and clean at first glance, with a balcony and TV. The Annex is about a five-minute walk from the main hotel building, where breakfast, the pool, and spa are located. This is slightly inconvenient, but something we could have easily accepted. What disappointed us initially was how completely unequipped the apartment was. I understand that extras such as salt, sugar or cooking oil are optional, but there wasn't even a sponge, dishwashing liquid or paper towels. These are small things, of course, but arriving with a family after a long journey to such an empty apartment felt surprisingly unwelcoming. However, the real concern was the black mold-like staining in the bathroom. The grout between the floor tiles in the shower area was covered in what appeared to be black mold, and it looked absolutely awful. This made us feel very uncomfortable about staying there, especially with children. When we showed the pictures to the hotel staff, we were initially told that it was simply the color of the grout. I found this explanation difficult to believe. I sincerely hope the hotel management will take this issue seriously and properly inspect and renovate the bathroom so that future guests can feel comfortable and safe. What truly saved our experience was the wonderful hotel staff. Despite our disappointment with the apartment, the team was exceptionally kind, understanding and helpful. They listened to our concerns and offered us two rooms in the main hotel building instead. This was an incredibly thoughtful solution and completely transformed our stay into a fantastic experience! I would especially like to highlight that our criticism is directed at the condition and equipment of the annex apartment, not at the hotel staff.

We loved our stay at Peramis Hotel! Our apartment was very comfortable, clean and quiet, making it easy to relax. The breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary soup served every evening was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone was kind and helpful, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay.
