A wonderful hotel in an excellent location, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.
The staff were absolutely amazing, incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Their hospitality really made the stay even more enjoyable.
Breakfast was lovely, with a great selection and a really nice way to start the day before heading out sightseeing.
Overall, a fantastic experience. Great location, wonderful staff and a lovely breakfast. Everything you could want from a hotel when travelling. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it!
There were just a couple of areas that could be improved.
The room was quite compact, with very limited space to store luggage. As a result, I ended up having to leave my suitcase and belongings on the floor, which wasn't particularly convenient.
The bathroom could also benefit from some updating and a little more attention to maintenance. There were quite a few black areas around the shower, which didn't look particularly appealing and could do with being addressed.
That said, these issues didn't spoil my stay. The excellent location, lovely breakfast and genuinely wonderful staff more than made up for them. With a few improvements, this could be an even better hotel.
