The living area features plenty of storage space for two people thanks to the bed-and-closet unit. The balcony of this apartment faces south/west, so you can enjoy plenty of sun in the afternoon hours along with a sweeping view of the North Sea. Cable TV is available. The apartment building is located on a quiet side street (Boysenstraße), just a short walk from the pedestrian zone (Friedrichstraße) and the beach access.
