Holiday

Spacious appartment and location

Customer service poor (received multiple copies of same email; poor response from company; didn't facilitate out of office arrival between 3-4 despite fact we noted key boxes outside office).

I would definitely recommend this apartment to others

It was spacious and well equipped. The location was great. We broke 2 wine glasses when cleaning them . Luckily we didn’t injure ourselves. They were delicate so would recommend getting sturdier ones.

I would suggest putting a mirror in the other bedroom or on wall in hallway outside it.

We stayed in a place that we enjoyed!

The breakfast was good, we made our own every day!

We had a nice stay, and we had all the fasitilities in the apartment that we needed. We want to come back, felt like home- nice beds.

WORST NIGHTMARE PROPERTY TO DEAL WITH

On 21.04.23 around 11 pm we arrived at the address provided. Following directions in the last message from the property we got the key to the property and went to the floor 4 Door C. We tried for an hour and half without any success to get into the property. We contacted the mobile numbers provided to contact but no one picked up. We then contacted interphone team and a gentleman picked up. He asked us to wait but told us that he could not get through to anyone on the mobile number of the property. We were with our young children late night in a different county. We then started looking for alternative place to stay overnight. After visiting many hotels, we found one for one night stay who charged us 163 Euros for a nigh.. Next day we went back to the property reception and were told to speak to the people we booked through to address this issue. Nightmare did not stop there. We then had a blocked bathroom and reported it to the property. We have WhatsApp chat with them and were told that no one can visit until Monday, the 24 April 2023 when we were going back to the UK after fishing with our holiday. We had no choice but to stay there as we had already paid for another night elsewhere after paying in full in advance and were left with no more funds to pay in addition. Property offered to provide refund for the last night of our stay, but we could not find any other place as due to an Asian event in the area we were told everything was booked. However, they had no one available to come and look on an emergency basis. We have had worst ever experience. We also had bookings in the past through booking.com but never had such bad experience. Property has agree to provide refund of Euro50 when in fact because of their own negligence and incompetence we had to book a night elsewhere. Do not book this property if you want to enjoy your holidays.
