The house was very spacious. It was super clean and comfortable. The host was quick to respond and super helpful and friendly.
We had a wonderful long weekend here for my sons graduation and I would highly recommend it.

Very spacious layout.

Very nice, clean and quiet.
No living room area...the sofa is in same room as the dining room which is quite small, so little room for common space (watching a movie with more than 2 people would not be comfortable, and even with two, it's looking at a tv over a dining room table). There are few pots/pans and cooking utensils for cooking big dinners (it is fine for basics/simple meals though)

We had a wonderful stay at this property — the location was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The only downside was that there was no air conditioning. During the first week it was fine, but the second week was unusually hot, and we really missed having AC. This made it a little uncomfortable at times, though everything else was great.
