Booking.com and the property owner should be kinder to their customers and provide services.

Kitchen having all that we needed. Main bedroom was good also. Having a balcony was good. Having a swimming pool was good.

There were four of us staying. On the third day of our stay, on our return from shopping we encounter an apartment with no running water. Contacted the apartment manager and her respond was that the whole street has been affected. I clearly explained that I am not blaming them for the issue however we need to wash, cook and use the toilet having known this we would have planned for this. Her respond was that it has been an accident while workmen digging the road! I have photo clearly showing that the work on the water supply was a “planned maintenance” by the water company and clearly not an accident. Apartment manager referred me to the apartment owner. Apartment owner ranged me via WhatsApp and when I explained that although the apartment has all facilities but without the running water none of the facilities are useful. We have been denied from cooking, washing and the use of the toilet so would she consider refund me for a day plus contribute toward our food (getting takeaway or having a meal out). She got angry and her exact comments were, “If you don’t like it here you can get out right now.” I contacted the customer services of Booking.com and explained the issue they refused offering an alternative apartment (busy time of the year) and referred me back to the apartment owner! On the fourth day same thing happened and again no running water so I text the apartment manager (she completely ignored me) and did not receive any reply therefore I contacted the Booking.com and again we did not receive any support. On the sixth day Booking.com offered to refund me for “one day.” So please be prepared if anything goes wrong you are on your own. Both Booking.com and the apartment owner will definitely spoil your holiday. Facilities: kitchen is good, bathroom is reasonable, main bedroom is good, second bed is a sofa bed and not comfortable to adults (will do for kids). If you are lucky and the water is running as it should then you may enjoy your stay.

El Apartamento tiene mucho encanto, muy bien decorado. Está en el marco de una urbanización de lujo y hay mucha tranquilidad. El tener una plaza de garaje para ti…mitiga el hecho de las limitaciones de coger el coche para ir a la playa. El apartamento tiene todo el equipamiento para sentirte como en tu casa. Ana nos ayudó en todo momento para el check in. Nos ha encantado y repetiremos sin dudarlo.
