My family and I spent a week here during the summer. It was HOT outside and this apartment was a retreat. The living space was roomy, and the porch was a treat in the evenings after it cooled off. This is an outstanding property. Close to the Vatican, public transportation, and plenty if terrific restaurants. Flavio met us at the property, took the time to orient us to the local area, provided recommendations in the local area and even walked around the neighborhood to show me nearby restaurants.The beds were comfortable, AC in every room, and it was clean. Flavio was incredibly responsive and made sure that we enjoyed ourselves. We would definitely book again.

Flavio was very attentive and helpful. The property was exactly what we needed and the terrace was a nice addition. Great location to Vatican and metro. We had 5 kids who enjoyed very much playing on the terrace. The neighbors did not appreciate the noise they made playing out there.

The stay was great, but check in was somewhat difficult as the person meeting us did not speak much English. If you speak Italian, this would be easy, but it was slightly challenging communicating due to my lack of language skills.
