"I loved Punt House for a quick 3 night stay. The absolute riverfront was such a treat. Kids loved fishing and SUP while we could watch them from the balcony or laying in the sun. From here we could..."

7 / 10Good·Oct 2026

The location is sensational, the wildlife is amazing we saw Dolphins, frogs, water dragons and all kinds of birds. The space in the rooms was great and the beds were comfortable.

Lots of things about the property are old and run down. Most of the screen doors don’t work, the showers worked well but are so tiny it was hard for the tall/big boys in the family. We were told there was a fire pit so we bought our own wood and there was no fire pit anywhere. We were not told in any communication that there would be cameras on site and the lawns needing mowing pretty badly. When we woke up in the morning there were people not in our group that were at the park bench in the yard that we were led to believe belonged to our Airbnb.

Amazing location, kitchen was very well equipped

Property was advertised as having air conditioning but does not actuallyhave air on but ceiling fans instead (one of the main reasons for booking as it was a last minute booking and was a very hot week ) Upstairs bathroom has no shower and very small bath so it ment tracking downstairs through another bedroom or going via outside to access shower.
