This was a very pleasant overnight stay and priced very reasonably for what you get. Bed is super comfy (I didn't want to get up!), there are plentiful hot drinks supplies and the kettle will be pre-filled for you. You also get a microwave and fridge, which was a plus. Area is a quiet residential street with a parking space in front of the house - felt very safe.

The under-stairs bathroom is rather cramped if you're a big and tall person. The kitchen and living room are off-limits to guests, so don't be surprised if you find they are locked. A jug of water in the fridge might be a better idea than filling the kettle - that way guests can boil what water they need.
