It was a great place to stay

It was quiet, a respectful area, and a nice amenities.

Never ever recommend this place to anyone. Someone from evolve team or booking.com should go and See

The location is close to the beach which is down the street. Peaceful area and easy to access. The house was equipped with TVs in every room, kitchen appliances too were good.

We were extremely disappointed with the condition of the house we rented for our vacation. The entire place was very dirty, with what felt like layers of dirt on the floors, as if it had not been cleaned properly in several months. It was uncomfortable to even walk around without feeling the grime. To make things worse, there was a roof leak during our stay, and my husband’s company laptop was almost damaged because of it. I reported the issue immediately to both the maintenance manager and the company, but the experience had already created a lot of stress for us. My children were upset throughout our stay and kept saying this was the worst place they had ever been. Unfortunately, because of the amount of money we had already paid, we felt we had no choice but to stay and compromise. On top of all this, the house rules were extremely strict and were only disclosed after we booked and paid, which felt misleading—especially given how poorly the property was maintained. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and the property fell far below the standard we expected for the price. When we go on vacation, no one would want to clean trash, load dishwasher for 5 spoons (this is what they said is a rule), wash the towels. This is the worst possible vacation house and experience when it comes to cleanliness.

Location, the neighbor. it was quiet, easily accessible to the beach, nice neighborhood.

There were a few things with the property that could be addressed. The shower handles, the vent on the floor was bent, could of used more towels, and trash bags, visible mold coming out of the vents. The cleaning staff was very kind. All in all we would stay here again.
