Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms sleep up to 14 guests across 8 beds. The first-floor master suite opens directly onto the pool deck through sliding glass doors and includes a king bed, walk-in closet, rain shower, soaking tub, bidet, Smart TV, and ceiling fan. Upstairs, a second master suite offers another king bed, Smart TV, and ceiling fan. Rounding out the home are a Mickey-themed twin room, a beach-themed room with two queen beds, and a fifth queen bedroom - each fitted with a Smart TV and ceiling fan. A queen pull-out sofa bed in the family room adds extra flexibility for larger groups.

Living space
The family room centers on a sectional sofa, 65-inch Smart TV, and ceiling fan, with large sliding doors that open straight onto the pool area and fill the room with natural light. A dedicated workspace with a door gives remote workers a quiet spot to log on during the stay. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and ample closet storage are provided throughout.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with a GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, and coffee maker, alongside cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a baking sheet. An eat-in dining table sits just off the kitchen, making mealtimes easy for the whole group.

Bathrooms
Three and a half bathrooms serve the home, including a half bath off the family room with direct access from the pool deck. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, a hair dryer, and a bidet in the primary suite.

Pool, spa & outdoor space
Step outside to a private, screened-in pool and spa, available year-round and open 24 hours (additional heating fee applies). The pool deck includes outdoor furniture, two patio umbrellas, an outdoor dining area, and a gas BBQ grill - ideal for family meals in the sun. The backyard adds extra room to stretch out, and a private patio or balcony rounds out the outdoor areas.

Game room & entertainment
The air-conditioned game room is a standout for guests of every age, with a pool table, foosball, ping pong, air hockey, arcade games, life size games, and board games, plus a Smart TV with Roku. A children’s playroom with toys and books, plus an outdoor playground, keep younger guests entertained too.

Family-friendly extras
This home is well set up for families, with a crib, pack ‘n play, standalone high chair, children’s dinnerware, children’s books and toys, and baby safety gates all provided.
