The villa, with an area of 185 m², is fully air-conditioned and very functional.

• 2 bedrooms with double beds 140×200
• 1 single bed 90×200 in one of the bedrooms
• 1 baby cot available
• 2 bathrooms: one upstairs, one downstairs
• A spacious living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge with ice dispenser, washing machine, dryer, etc.)
Outside:
• A private swimming pool of 8 × 4 m (depth 1.60 m)
• A small integrated pool of 1.50 × 4 m (depth 50 cm), ideal for children
• A fully equipped summer kitchen
• An outdoor shower and toilet
• 2 m OLED TV with Netflix, Canal+ and IPTV
