I liked that it was very cozy and welcoming. Good facilities and clean.

Easy to find, free parking place, all clean and new.
1) Extremely narrow single bed even for a small adult woman - I slept on a floor on a top mattress to reduce the risk of falling out the bed and to get my body relaxed.
2) a very strong smell of new concrete - could breath only by the open window. Building was finished very short time ago, should wait until the smell of concrete goes away.
