Potential facilities - Sauna and steam, Jacuzzi, Outdoor mineral water pool and jacuzzi. Nice clean and well kept rooms. Parking. Half board
Wi Fi was awful !! I complained and it seems that this is the condition. But the room description was high speed Wi Fi! Really problematic for us!
Outdoor pool was cold and useless. Indoor Jacuzzi was not working and useless. Really really disappointing when this is a highlight of booking this hotel.
Dinner was partially cold as the food heating does not work for all options.
I would like to point out that the hotel and rooms are indeed really good and staff is very nice. Just that the mensioned point are really disappointing.
