I love the Hilton Hiroshima! They have good vibes, staff, food and a nice pool!
I usually stay on the 22nd floor. This time I got a smaller room on the 21st floor and it had a weird smell when we walked in and I did not find it as comfortable as the last time I stayed.

We found the facility and room size is larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms. Staffs are courteous, supportive, and attempt to resolve the issue in a professional manner.
There was a strong unpleasant odor in the hotel room. Even though the hotel staffs had offered to move us to the new room but there also was a strongly unpleasant odor in the other room.
