Great location and good apartment.

The property was in a good location and was on the ground floor which was very convenient.

At points during the stay, the electric stopped due to the trip falling. There was no heating since the building stopped it after 01/04 due to the weather being warmer but it was raining during our stay so the flat was cold. They offered a portable heater.

A FUIR !!!!!

Nous avions réservé ce logement en mars 2026. Lorsque nous sommes arrivées sur place, nous étions loin d'imaginer ce qui nous attendait. En effet, nous n'avions pas consulté les commentaires les plus récents avant notre arrivée et nous n'avions donc pas vu que plusieurs voyageurs signalaient la présence de punaises de lit dans le logement. La personne qui nous a accueillies, n'a pas jugé utile de nous en informer. Nous y avons dormi trois nuits et c'est seulement lors de la dernière nuit, vers 1h du matin, que nous avons découvert le problème. À partir de ce moment-là, le cauchemar a commencé. Nous avons tenté pendant plus de deux heures de contacter Booking afin d'être relogées, mais notre demande a été refusée. En plus de cela, les appels nous ont coûté 214 € ! Nous avons donc passé une nuit blanche, terrifiées à l'idée de ramener ces nuisibles chez nous si nous retournions dans les lits. Le lendemain, nous avons dû insister lourdement pour que le propriétaire, vienne constater la situation. Il a confirmé la présence de punaises de lit dans notre conversation via Booking. Malgré cette reconnaissance et toutes les preuves fournies, il refuse toujours de nous rembourser. De son côté, Booking nous a accordé un simple crédit voyage de 57 € en guise de compensation. C'est tout simplement honteux. Entre un propriétaire qui loue un logement insalubre et une plateforme qui semble le couvrir malgré les preuves apportées, nous nous sentons totalement abandonnées. Le plus choquant est que, juste après notre départ, le logement devait être reloué. La femme de ménage s'est contentée d'installer de nouveaux draps et de nouvelles serviettes. Cela donne l'impression que le problème est ignoré et que d'autres voyageurs risquent de subir la même situation.
