הדירה מצוידת היטב ,מרווחת ונוחה, המון מגבות וסדינים, הרבה מקום אחסון, ערוכה גם ללינת תינוקות ובעלי חיים. טלוויזיה חכמה , צפינו בשידורי ערוצים 13 ו 11, מיקום נוח קרוב מאוד לתחנת מטרו , ורחוק מההמולה, יתר השכונה כרוכה בעליות. בקרבת מקום מסעדות מצוינות ובתי קפה.
יש מכונת כביסה אין מייבש. (יש מתקנים ליבוש כביסה)יש מדיח כלים , יש מכונת קפה ,יש מיקרוגל וטוסטר ומקרר גדול.יש כלים ואפילו מעט מוצרים בסיסיים להתחלה.
צ'ק אין עצמאי ונוח מאוד
במרחק קצר יש מינימרקט טוב וממש ליד המלון מכולת קטנה.
אין כספת ,לנו כתיירים זה עקרוני ביותר וחסר מאוד, טעות שלנו שלא שמנו לב לפני, השארנו מחשב נייד בחוץ ודרכונים, למזלנו עבר בשלום.
תקשורת עם בעל הדירה- מצומצמת ביותר ,רק במהלך הצ'ק אין שהיה חלק ונוח . לא הטרדנו אותו והוא לא בדק איתנו אם צריך משהו.
ביקשנו לפנות את הדירה 3 שעות לאחר זמן הפינוי הנדרש -11:00, ולמרות שבדקנו שהדירה פנויה ואיננה מוזמנת , נדרשנו לשלם תוספת ששווה לכמעט לילה שלם אחד . בהתחשב ששהינו 12 יום בדירה ציפינו שלא יהיו קטנוניים איתנו, לא מאמינים שהרבה תיירים מגיעים ל 12 לילות לאתונה.
השאיר לנו טעם לא טוב, חבל.
The apartment is well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of towels, bed linens, and storage space. It is also set up to accommodate infants and pets. There is a smart TV (we watched channels 13 and 11). The location is convenient—very close to a metro station yet away from the hustle and bustle (though note that the rest of the neighborhood involves walking uphill). Excellent restaurants and cafes are nearby.
There is a washing machine but no dryer (though drying racks are provided). Amenities include a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and a large refrigerator. Kitchenware is provided, along with a few basic starter supplies.
Self-check-in is very convenient.
There is a good mini-market a short distance away, and a small grocery store right next to the building.
There is no safe; for us as tourists, this is a major issue—we really missed having one.

Highly recommend this apartment at the foot of Lycabettus Hill!
The apartment is in an excellent location, situated in a quiet Kolonaki neighborhood right at the base of Lycabettus. It's just a few hundred meters from the cable car station.
Close to Metro Line 3, it offers convenient access to major attractions like the Acropolis. After stepping off the metro, you can reach the guesthouse without climbing any stairs—making it the ideal spot for accommodations around Lycabettus.
This modern Athens apartment is clean, bright, and pleasantly fragrant. The interior design, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, kitchen, and all amenities are perfectly thought out, creating a true "home away from home" feel. I especially loved the wooden tables in the living room—it’s so beautiful.
The neighborhood is safe, with authentic cafés and small restaurants right downstairs, truly allowing you to live like a local. In the evenings, take your time ascending Lycabettus, enjoy panoramic views of the city from Athens' high point, and watch the sunset over the Acropolis—this was the most unforgettable experience of my trip.
The host is extremely thoughtful, offering self-check-in, quick responses, and a practical yet warm.
All in all, every thing is perfect!
