The condo is a spacious, fully equipped 3Br/2Ba unit that sleeps 8! This 1st floor condo is located on West Beach, directly across from its own private beach access!
We charge a one-time pet fee of $175 that is listed as a Property fee.
There are no elevators in the complex, and there are 2 flights of stairs to get to our condo.

We enjoyed every moment at this beautiful home! The condo has everything you need. It’s in the perfect spot with the pool outside the deck and the beautiful ocean in view while eating at the kitchen table. We can’t wait to visit again!!!

The property was in a quiet location right next to the Beach and bay. Had 2 pools. About 15 minutes to the main part of town. My biggest complaint would be it needs updated. Furniture, lights turned on and off by themselves. Many lights had issues. Bedroom light wouldnt turn on. Master bedroom light flickered on both lamp and main light. The bathroom doors would not stay locked. You could open them from outside. That is bad with little ones. The flooring was not finished. It did not have trim around it. We did not bring dogs but glad we didnt not very convenient to go up and down stairs. The closest for Beach stuff was really broken and dirty and thrown in there. Overall the house was ok to stay in just needs lots of updates. The cooking pans are rusted and need replaced. Had plenty of blankets and sleeping areas though. The host was very quick to respond and helpful.

The condo had everything we needed and was just a short walk from the beach. The provided wagon and toys were a surprise, and were much needed. The host was very quick to reply to any of our questions. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for the stay!!

One of the pools in very close proximity to the condo. The condo is very roomy. Lots of kitchen supplies. View of the ocean from the dining room window inside of the balcony.
