Very nice spacious apartment with easy access and wonderful beach view. Huge balcony. Well stocked kitchen with toaster, blender, microwave, utensils and ice maker in fridge. Modern washer and dryer. Beach towels and quality linens.
Location is on edge of town. Walking for groceries and shopping is 20 minutes or so. The beach in this area is very coarse and loose sand making it challenging for some to walk. It’s also about 100 yards across the sand to the water. Conditions closer to town are much better. Parking might be limited, but we didn’t have a problem. The sunset view is obstructed by a bluff. The living room and balcony furniture is dated, but not in bad condition. The ice maker frosts up after 3 or 4 days.
