The complimentary upgrade to a suite which was wonderful. Loved the buggies to be able to get around the massive hotel
Limited choices for a healthy lunch option within the Rixos. Very noisy and crowded lobby area.

The Sea is very clean and Nice
The Food Was average to be honest, maybe because of the Big number of Guests The coffee all made by Machines also, i can say the only thing that I didn't enjoy is the Food on Lunch and dinner
5 / 10·Sep 2026
The location is excellent, the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, and the cleanliness of the property was very good. These were some of the highlights of my stay.
A few situations during my stay did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect. I believe some staff members could benefit from further training on how to interact with guests and create an exceptional and memorable experience. In my opinion, this is precisely what the hotel is currently missing to deliver a truly outstanding and complete guest experience.
