The bed was very very cozy ! The food at the restaurant was good. The wine i bought from reception was excellent. The jacuzzi bath even if paid separately was very very good
- the fact that the jacuzzi had to be paid separately and it wasnt cheap necessarily
- i requested a wake up call in the last evening which I never received.

Good location in central.Mendoza. Clean, modern and included breakfast. Has a corporate business feel. Good value. Cambio on site. Helped with tours.

Room is clean and modern
Staff are not friendly - check in man was very unhappy after realising we don’t speak Spanish. He wasn’t interested to read our translator app from English to Spanish, so we were left with an unpleasant and rude check in experience. This happened again at breakfast when the lady was huffing and puffing in our way when we tried our best to say our room number in Spanish. If your happy with a quick easy stay, this is a good hotel, but it’s not a good hotel if you want service and friendly atmosphere
