About this apartment rental
In the spring of 2022, we completed our Sonnengruß vacation home and lovingly prepared it for you. Six spacious apartments invite you to pause, relax, and enjoy your vacation! An elevator serving all floors takes you comfortably to your apartment, the front door, or the underground parking area. The carefully landscaped green space is accessible to all guests in the building and invites you to soak up the sun, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy nature. Parking spaces and garage spots are assigned directly to each apartment, and of course, you’ll have your own key to the bike storage room. The vacation home is located in Beuren—the second-largest district of Salem—and thus in the heart of the Linzgau region. The proximity to Lake Constance, the picturesque natural landscape, and the peaceful surroundings of the hinterland come together here in a fantastic symbiosis and harmony!
The 90-square-meter “Schlupfwinkel” vacation apartment is located on the first floor. This modern and very comfortably furnished apartment features a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area that opens onto a beautiful south-facing terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. We provide towels, soap, dishwasher tablets, as well as salt and pepper. The living room features a TV and radio. The large couch can also be converted into a full-size bed in case one more person wants to join you on vacation!
The two separate bedrooms feature one large double bed and two single beds at a comfortable height. Both bedrooms open onto a shared west-facing terrace—perfect for enjoying the evening sun!
The large bathroom features two sinks, a (walk-in) shower, and a toilet. We provide one hand towel and one bath towel per person. Right next to it is a separate toilet.
Parking is available directly at the property. A garage parking space (additional cost: 5 EUR/day) and a lockable bike garage are also available.
The basement has a washing machine and dryer (3 EUR per load).
