It was very easy to check in! The property was nice, two great rooms with space. The kitchen appliances were easy to use. We especially loved the location!!
The floor in the kitchen was very sticky / dirty... we had to wear shoes to keep our socks clean.

Location was excellent. The property was comfortable. We had some issues with hot water which turned out to be an electrical problem. The owners were very apologetic and offered to compensate us which we appreciated. I’d stay there again.
Parking was a little tight.

I cannot comment on the actual property listed here because we weren't allowed to stay in it.
Unauthorised last-minute room swap. Promised refund, then ghosted.
I booked "York City Center Apartments with Free Private Parking" months in advance for a family holiday. On the eve of our travel, the property manager (Sally) forced an unauthorised property substitution. While the alternative flat we were given was clean and in a good location, it completely failed to meet our essential family requirements. It only had two beds, forcing my 14-year-old twin boy and girl into an unacceptable sleeping arrangement. Furthermore, the promised private parking failed, leaving us to pay public multi-storey costs out of pocket.
Sally explicitly apologised in writing via email on 7th October and promised a £100 partial refund for the severe disruption. I provided my bank details immediately, and she has completely ghosted my emails ever since. Appalling, deceitful customer care. Avoid this management company.
