A lovely space for an overnight stay for work. It has everything you need and the host is very responsive and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and will look to book again next time I'm in Barnstaple.
Nothing. It was ideal.

Great location, just by the park, which was good for the dog and an easy 20 minute walk into town. Quiet area, good facilities.
For the size of the place - all good!

Location was perfect. The host Renalda was extremely welcoming and had left some treats for us as well as a jug of milk which was very gratefully received. A very well kept property where we could relax and use as a base. It was incredibly clean and tidy.
Having use of the garden was really nice where you could relax and read very comfortably.
