Best apartment I have stayed in Croatia. I wish I could take it with me

The hosts were exceptionally kind....Answered all questions and needs immediately. Friendly and professional. Communication in both Croatian and English, helpful. Sobresalente!

Better instructions for the ceramic stove top....

Okay but disappointing

Easy check in. Good location in terms of proximity to stores and around 25min walk to the city center.

The apartment was generally okay, but several aspects left us disappointed. It felt like not much care was put into creating a comfortable and enjoyable guest experience. As a couple who enjoys cooking even while on vacation, we found the kitchen very poorly equipped (which we found very surprising considering the reviews from previous guests). Basic utensils were missing, and the overall selection was minimal. If we had wanted to cook properly — which was part of our plan — we would have had to buy most of the essentials ourselves, including pantry items and even something as simple as a wooden spatula, etc. This was frustrating and made the kitchen feel more like an afterthought than a functional space. The apartment wasn’t particularly clean when we arrived. It wasn’t dirty, but it didn't seem it had been thoroughly cleaned. Some drawers were dirty, the mirror in the bathroom had marks, etc. The lack of mosquito nets on the windows made it difficult to ventilate the space, especially in the summer heat. The dishwasher was unreliable — sometimes it didn’t start, and when it did, it often didn’t wash the dishes properly. The bathroom was okay, although the faucets in both the bathroom and kitchen sprayed water in several directions due to wear and tear. We were provided with only one very small kitchen towel and a single sponge for dishes, with no other supplies to clean the rest of the kitchen. The bedroom was fine, but the bedding was impractical. The duvet we received was too small for two people and didn't even cover the bed, and the only other option was a heavy winter blanket — not suitable for summertime. We also felt a lack of guidance from the host once we checked in. While the directions for finding the house, key box, and parking were clear, we received no instructions for things like the Wi-Fi, how to use appliances, or general house rules. One final note: the apartment is listed as a 4-star property (or four points) on Booking.

Exceptional

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed during the trip! It was only a short 15 minute walk to the old town which was perfect!

We have no complaints at all!

Lovely little gem of an apartment

This apartment is nicely located on the 4th floor of the block and has everything you need. There is great wifi, a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, sandwich maker and access to various TV entertainment packages. The balcony is ideal for a morning coffee as it is South facing. It has a small airer for drying your clothes, which took very little time due to the lovely warm sun. The hosts were very helpful and incredibly accommodating. We asked whether there was an iron in the apartment and literally a few hours later, there was an iron and ironing board at the front door. Our departing flight was in the evening and the hosts let us stay until our taxi pick up time as they didn't have a new guest staying that same day. Not everyone permits this and it was greatly appreciated. This apartment really is well equipped and it's great what the owners have done with the living room / kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are so well designed with lots of storage everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay here and whilst it is a 10 minute walk to the marina and 15 to the old town, it is conveniently located for various supermarkets, a bakery and Monster Kebab! The area is really quiet which makes it easy to sleep in, if you want / need to.

View from the balcony is not great but we knew it was inland when we booked it.

Sehr gut!
