1 Night Stay with family

The apartment is located in a small, well-maintained building with private parking available in the basement, which is a major convenience, especially if you are travelling by car. The Old Town is only around a 10-minute walk away, making the location excellent for exploring the city on foot while still having the convenience of private parking. The apartment is equipped with fully functional amenities and everything worked as expected during our stay. Overall, it is a comfortable and convenient place to stay, particularly for travellers looking for a good location, reliable facilities, and easy parking. A comfortable, practical property in a very convenient location. I would recommend it for a city stay.

The toilet flush tank takes lot of time to refill. Also it would be great to have a microwave oven.

We spent one night here during our visit to Gdansk. The accommodation is situated just a few steps from the old town centre, and parking is available in a secure, enclosed garage in the basement of the building, with a lift to the floor with the room. There is a 24-hour reception with security at the entrance to the building. Entry into the building is possible via the garage with a remote control or with a chip through the street entrance. The room had a living room with a TV and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a toilet. So it was more of an apartment. There are blinds in the windows and external roller shutters. Everything is new, clean, and modernly furnished, and the apartment was carefully cleaned. Bed linen, towels, bath towels, and toiletries were available. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a microwave, and a stove. Tea bags and coffee pods for the coffee machine were also available. About 50 meters away is a Żabka shop, and the centre is about a 5-minute walk from the apartment. We were very satisfied with the comfort and quality, and the parking option is a really big benefit. A note of caution, the garages have a low ceiling, so a taller car (e.g. a van or SUV with a roof box) will not fit in the garage. Vehicles on LPG are also not allowed in the garage. Thank you, and we definitely recommend it.

disappointed with attitude of apartment representative,false accusation,unprofessional management

I usually don’t have the habit of finding fault with little things and try to objectively assess circumstances. But this is a rare case that forces me to approach my review more carefully. The apartment in general are not bad, there is enough space for a family, everything you need is present. Upon arrival, we did not pay much attention to whether everything was intact and in order, since we were after the road, and tired, and by default, when you check in a hotel room, the goal that you are pursuing is definitely not thorough searching for shortcomings, but only rest and a comfortable overnight stay. However, while getting ready for bed, I immediately noticed the linen, which had hair on it, and in quite a large amount, and there were also dirty spots on the duvet cover. The sofa is a separate issue. When we unfolded it, we discovered that the lower section was all dirty: with terrible stains and spots. Under the sofa there was a lot of dirt, leftover cookies and other debris. But despite these shortcomings, due to fatigue, we did not attach much importance to all this and went to bed. The next day, after leaving, in just 7 hours later!, a notification came with a request to pay 250 zlotys for: a chair allegedly broken by us and some stains on the wall! The shock is incredible! When you know 100500% that you have nothing to do with this, they accuse you of sabotage and try to extract extra money from you for something you didn’t do!! When watching the video from my daughter’s phone, which she did upon check-in, it was discovered that the chair had indeed missing parts, but this was before our arrival. That is, according to the representative of the apartment, when you move into a room, you should not think about how to lie down to rest and sleep, but first of all should search the entire room for breakdowns and shortcomings?

How can I know whether the design of the chair is designed to have a transverse bottom pole or not, whether it should be there or not? If I broke it, then show it to me, but it’s simply not there! This is the same as blaming a person for breaking off the second faucet in the kitchen, just because it is not there. Upon further dialogue, the representative of the apartment indicated that this could not have happened earlier, but happened during our stay, since the staff cleaning the rooms was professional and supposedly would have noticed this shortcoming earlier, before our arrival. The question arises about the “professionalism” and integrity of the staff! Accusing honest and decent people without clear evidence! Further, it was noted that it turns out we flooded something with water! If we mean the bathroom, then initially there is a problem, due to the tropical rain shower and the small angle of the floor drain, a small amount of water somehow ends up on the main floor of the bathroom, but this is a bathroom!, moisture is absolutely normal a phenomenon in the shower room, where ceramic tiles are laid just for this purpose, and it’s wild to receive such complaints from a representative of the hotel business, who, to the detriment of his reputation, allows himself such remarks about the guest. I'm surprised I haven't been confronted about why I left wet towels behind! In general, I will say this, the aftertaste is beyond words, the feeling that you were slandered, doused with slop and even tried to cheat you out of money. I regard this “service” as a personal insult and an attempt to earn extra money. By the way, in response to my statement that I had media materials about the original condition of the room, where it was clear that the chair had already missing parts, it was said that I could take photos and videos after check-in - and this is not proof. After check-in, of course! When else?
