The Palais des Arts is a residential complex consisting of two buildings flanking a large square adjacent to Rue de France, connected by a grand staircase to the Chéret Museum on Baumettes Hill.
Our apartment is a pleasant, air-conditioned 2-room unit measuring 40m² that can accommodate 3 guests. Located on the 7th and second-to-last floor with an elevator, it offers a lovely panoramic view of Rue de France. It consists of a kitchen open to a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a 40m² terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, an electric stovetop, a conventional oven, a washing machine, an espresso machine, an electric kettle, and a toaster.
The living room features a single-person sofa bed and a television. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140x190) and two large closets for storing your personal belongings. One of the closets has a safe. The living area and lounge open onto the terrace, which is equipped with a dining area and several lounge chairs—perfect for breakfast and pre-dinner drinks. The rental price for our apartment also includes a secure underground parking space. Bed linens and towels are provided.
