La terrasse est super pour le petit déjeuner Maison moderne avec grand jardin et terrasse très proche d’une plage. Voir la Spiaggia Guaceto Très bon contact avec Marco et ses parents

Pas assez d’équipement dans la cuisine et il manque du gel douche Une bouilloire aurait été super. Clim qui goutte

Very friendly and serviceminded owners.Very welcoming and supporting in relation to recommedations with regard to the Local attractions and more. The neighbourhood is quiete and close to the beach. Pizzaria only 5 min walk from the apartment 🇮🇹🤗 Many nice Beach in the area within 20 km.

We enjoyed the place very much and to mention one small downside is the local supermarkets, but alternatives are only 15 min. drive away 🇮🇹🤗

Appartment - ok, good quality funitures

We decide for this appartment because of breakfest was IN PRICE. Unfortunatelly, in owner meaning "included breakfest" in "Italian style" consists of a few packs of bisquits and crossants in plastic box from market (see attached pictures) ! :( Question to other Italians - is it REALLY "Italian style" ? I'm using bookings on booking.com for last 30 years (also 2-3 times for a year various parts of Italy) and meet with above meaning of breakfest first time ! I suppose then if breakfest is included in offer - it is not the only poor quality meal from supermarket (in platics packs) - this is also a service (coffy, comething to drink, cooking and cleaning after) ! A second disappointment was "no towels in price" - of course mayby it's my fold then I didn't read description ("a small letters") in offer, but I have never checked if price of appartment/room including towels - for me it's something normal !!! I think a word "LUX ..." in an appartment main title is inadequate to real quality of service. This is a private villa in the middle of village with views as on attached pictures. "...BEACH..." is also too big word for this very small part of coast in Specchiolla on which is possible an access to water. :) Sorry - NO
