Fantastic staff, very accomodating. The rooms were lovely and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The food and drinks are exceptional! Ruby Wong was amazing for both food and cocktails as well. I can’t fault any of it

We reserved an executive twin room but they gave us a King room and pulled a small extra bed as the second bed. This bed was as hard as a rock and meant that one of us slept on a great bed and the other on a very uncomfortable one. Our reservation was very clearly for a twin room and so they absolutely failed.
