new rooms, was spacious and well kept, pool, shower great. uptodate tv and the balcony area was nice to enjoy the afternoon sun.
the hotel was a bit spread out, some people would like it but was a decent walk to the pool and main area. it was a little bit away from the main area of naxos (but not too far)

Would have loved tea and coffee facilities to be provided.

The pool and the restaurant - the cooking class. Rooms were comfortable
The front office staff were not that helpful

The pool was great, and the property was played out like a resort which was really nice and it was super modern. There were also lots of kittens around which was really cute too
My card got charged twice accidentally, and then when I got refunded back it was less due to exchange rates. There was no soap or shampoo/conditioner in the dispensers in our bathroom the whole stay even though there were room cleaners everyday. The WiFi was terrible, could never get it to load anything. The kitchenware was extremely limited and everything was dirty, not extremely dirty but every cup had grime in the bottom (plates, bowls, cups, cutlery etc) and there was no dishwashing liquid for us to wash ourselves. We got laundry done one day and when it came back we had someone else’s clothes all through ours which meant they had washed someone else’s clothes with ours which is not okay, I just hope that we didn’t lose any clothes also
