If I come back, I'll stay here, it's very safe.

The property feels very safe and secure. The room is small, but it is sufficient for staying a few days. One thing I didn’t like was that there was no full-length mirror. There were only body towels in the room; hair towels were not provided unless you paid extra. The kitchen equipment was also somewhat limited. There were wine glasses, but no wine opener. Another issue was that there were no staff on site, and the WhatsApp communication seemed to be handled by an automated system that responded slowly, so it was sometimes difficult to get quick answers. On the positive side, check-in and parking were very smooth, and the facial recognition system for entering the property worked well. My suggestion would be to add a full-length mirror to the room. The air conditioner in the bedroom was a bit noisy, but using the one in the living room was sufficient.

Extremely noisy, misleading photos, and dishonest customer service

Our stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. The room we were given faced a busy street and was extremely noisy at night—making it nearly impossible to sleep. On top of that, the room was much smaller than advertised and didn’t match the photos on the listing. It felt cramped and misrepresented. The mattress was also quite old and extremely uncomfortable, which made the stay even worse. After just one sleepless night, we asked to check out early. We offered to pay for the night we stayed and requested a refund for the remaining nights. The receptionist claimed the booking was “non-refundable,” which was not true. The hotel has inconsistent policies and failed to disclose any conditions regarding early termination of the stay. We contacted booking.com, who kindly tried to help by reaching out to the hotel. Without consulting us or getting our agreement, the hotel issued a 50% refund. When we followed up again with booking.com, they told us the hotel claimed we had agreed to this refund—which was completely false. To clarify, booking.com only acts as a facilitator and doesn’t control hotel decisions. Fortunately, they supported us again and helped secure the correct refund for the unused nights. While we appreciate booking.com’s efforts, we strongly advise avoiding this hotel. The listing is misleading, the room was uncomfortable, and the hotel staff were unhelpful and dishonest. You cannot rely on their service, policies, or communication.
