Overall, we had a good stay, with a few things worth mentioning.
After booking, we paid a tourist tax through the property's platform, as indicated in the Booking.com reservation.
The main issue was communication before check-in. The night before arrival, we realized we hadn't received the access instructions. I messaged them through Booking.com twice, including while traveling to Milan, but received no reply. I eventually contacted three phone numbers via WhatsApp and, after some confusion, received the instructions and an apology. Although check-in itself wasn't delayed, having to chase this information while traveling was inconvenient. Interestingly, they contacted us daily during our stay to check everything was fine. Check-in and check-out were otherwise easy thanks to an explanatory video.
The location in Milan's Chinatown is great for exploring on foot, about a 35-minute walk from Central Station. The area felt safe at all times and is lively in the evenings, with many restaurants and shops, yet we had no issues with noise.
The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a large, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of storage, and a good bathroom and shower. Cleanliness was satisfactory overall. The walls had some marks, likely from suitcases, which detracted slightly from the otherwise nice boutique-style appearance. Taking better care of the walls would help maintain the property's overall look. The TV had only RAI channels and the signal kept cutting out, which was disappointing as having a TV was one reason I chose this property (nothing major, though)
Despite the initial communication issue, I would stay here again. It's a comfortable, well-located base for exploring Milan.
Travel tip: One or two days are enough to explore Milan's main attractions. We also used it as a base for day trips to Lecco and Varenna by train on Lake Como (to avoid the biggest tourist crowds), Lugano (highly recommended!) and Bergamo.
The check-in itself was not delayed, but the instructions were not provided in advance, so we had to spend part of our journey to Milan sending multiple messages through Booking.com and WhatsApp to get the information we needed. I don't think this happens all the time (at least didn't read this on the comments); it was probably just a case of disorganization on their part. Still, I believe it's something they should make sure doesn't happen again.

The code given was wrong, I had to call the person in charge to get the right one : he answered super fast.
But still I would say the explanations from getting the keys from the box, to opening the door were not the easiest I read.
4 days before entering the appartments I was told the appartment I booked was eventually not available so I was offered another appartment located 3km away from what I previously booked.
Fortunately, the location offered was nice, but if I had refused they would only suggest me asking for reimbursement (and the deadline for free reimbursement was expired so I would not have guarantee they would refund me), but did not offer any other solution or compensation.
I did have to accept the new appartment renting as 4 days before going to Milan it's very hard to find a new place (or only with very high prices). But still I got no compensation for the inconvenience.
Despite this, the person remained very nice.
