Good facilities, unsatisfactory apartment.

There was a sauna, jacuzzi, gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pool. There were two rooms, two full bathrooms. There was a very nice balcony. The check-in was really easy. And it is walking distance from PortAventura! The beds were comfortable.

The kitchen had minimal equipment. There was no soap, shampoo, toilet rolls, towels upon arrival. The tables in the living room had stains and were very dirty. The facilities close too early - I wish they were open longer or earlier. The jacuzzi had a 10 minute timer and the same group kept hoarding the facility so no one else got the chance to go in it for the hour we were there.

I just feel these apartments weren’t as advertised.

Location was good only 10 minutes walk to shops, restaurant and beach. Also 15 minutes easy walk to port aventura, Ferrari land and water park. All worth a visit. The apartment was spacious. Pool was nice.

The apartments were not that clean.Utensils and kitchen equipment not clean and old. Stains on furniture, bathrooms needed upgrading rust around the bath. Showers were not good. You need to bring everything with you no soap, washing up liquid, tea towels, bin bags, etc very limited toilet roll. The WiFi barely worked. It says basic is free but you have to pay for premium but basic didn’t work. So no free WiFi. Although it advertises there is a gym it doesn’t open until 2:00 pm and the one treadmill was broken the whole time. Minimal weights to use. Indoor pool only open at 4:00 and everyone must wear a swim hat which if you haven’t taken with you costs 4 euros each.

Great little find

Central to all town facilities, confident English speaking staff, Clean and well equipped apartment, pool area was beautifully kept and heated )bonus). Reception always happy to help with advice, book taxis and anything else you should need. Our apartment had two bedrooms both immaculate, modern and well maintained. dragan was the receptionist we spoke to the most and found him Most helpful x

Only downside is there’s no sun loungers around the pool, it’s a towel on the grass job…. Not comfy for longer than an hour.

Horrible bathroom but good location

The location

The bathroom was a disaster, tried taking a bath, the guards of the bathroom derailed every time someone tried to take a bath
